No decisions about us, without us...
Make reps and department contacts our best friends
Embed "no decisions about us without us" and explore paid representation roles
Be proactive and fierce in the pursuit of efficient, positive change for students
Give all students a bigger voice through more channels and more insight-led, data-driven campaigns
Find engaging ways to celebrate wins
Get to know our students and provide a targeted offer for specific parts of our diverse population
Priority #3 - We are your home from home
Love your time at University.
Own the way the Universities sell the Medway experience and shout about its many unique qualities
Enhance our drop-in programmes with creative and imaginative small-scale events and experiences
Enhance the campus with sports facilities, diverse catering provision, outdoor spaces and connectivity with Dockyard and the local area
Think outside the box about ways we can enhance the experience of distance learners and commuters through our digital presence

Clarify our role and identity.
Eradicate ‘Medway’ being an uninformed choice for students
For Medway, think "GKSU". All services and comms devolved through GKSU
Reflect the relationship better in the brand so we can confidently say "we've got this"
One consistent and visible message backed up with knowledge of our students and a tailored service for Medway
